Sassy senior… {Columbus Senior Photography}

And I don’t mean sassy in a bad way what-so-ever! I had an awesome senior session this past weekend. We spent about 4 hours roaming the city, enjoying the scenery and having fun. We incorporated a little bit of OCF (off camera flash) into our session which is always a treat. I love the look of OCF in an urban environment.

Thank you Emily and family for a really great time! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

The great BMB of 2010… {Mom-A-Razzi Photography}

This past week my boys had their annual bone marrow biopsies. They both did soooo well considering the procedure is a painful one. After a nap at home, they were both bouncing off the walls and back to their normal crazy selves! The results came back and there were no significant changes found. GOOD NEWS!!!

Here’s a few images from our morning!

Take that cancer!!! {LHP Portrait Photographer}

I had the pleasure of doing a Littlest Heroes Project (now called Inspiration Through Art) session yesterday. I met up with the “L” family at Inniswood Park and we had a great time wandering through the maze of flowers, beautiful trees and gorgeous sunlight. Their oldest daughter, is in remission from Burkitt’s Lymphoma. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to spend some time with a family who has overcome so much. It’s been a hard few weeks, losing 3 local children to different forms of cancer. It’s so refreshing to be able to celebrate life with such amazing people.

Here is a sneak peek of some of my favorites from our session. Enjoy!

iHeartFaces – Week 34 • “Beach Fun”

I am loving this week’s challenge!!! I am a total beach bum. Some of my fondest memories are from when I was a child and I spent hours digging for sand crabs and getting mouthfuls of salty water (ick!). This year my family and I took a vacation down to Hilton Head Island. We had so much fun playing in the warm water, building sand castles and getting sand in places it shouldn’t be!!!

This shot was one of my favorite images taken from our trip. My daughter and her goggles! She was having so much fun playing in the sand. I laugh every time I look at this! More vacation pictures are posted HERE!

iHeartFaces – Week 32 • Surprise! Photo Challenge

This is such a fun challenge this week!  My entry is from a mini-session I did with my son, Gavin. I just got a new soft box and was dying to try it out.  Gavin is the king of faces!  He did an exceptional job going through his collection of classic faces, including this one.  His surprised face.  I crack up every time I see it!

You can see the rest of the images from this mini-session HERE!
